本项目位于山东省济宁市嘉祥县，东靠机场路，南接呈祥大道，北临圣润路。用地面积约70146平方米。距离嘉祥火车站约 3 公里，距离嘉祥汽车站约 5 公里；紧邻嘉祥县人民检察院和嘉祥县公安局。是城市发展重要地带。
The project is located in Jixiang County, Jining City, Shandong Province, east by Airport Road, south by Chengxiang Avenue, north by Shengrun Road. Site area is about 70146 square metres . Jiaxiang railway station from about 3 km, Jiaxiang bus station from about 5 km, close to Jiaxiang County People’s Procuratorate and Jiaxiang County Public Security Bureau. Is an important part of the city’s development.
▼设计理念 Design Concept
蜿蜒的河水水给设计场地增添活力，将水漾的形态与自然山体的特色运用到设计中，打造生态、舒适的品质居住景观环境。取“山水城林融嘉祥 • 梁济运河润济宁”之意，故景观设计理念为“山水润祥城”。借远处大自然的山体，营造生态的山中之城；借自然的梁济运河的水、将水的自然形态融入设计场地，打造丰富多彩的社区生活。
Meandering river water add vitality to the design site, the shape of the water ripple and the characteristics of Natural Mountains into the design, to create an ecological, comfortable quality of residential landscape environment. The concept of landscape design is “Landscape city”, which means “Landscape city”, “Landscape city”and “Liangji Canal Run Jining”. With the natural mountains far away, we can create an ecological city in the mountains. With the natural water from Liangji Canal, we can integrate the natural form of water into the design site and create a colorful community life.
